My client, an Asian bank is looking to grow their IT Security team. As a crucial member of the IT security team, you will be responsible for safeguarding the bank's information systems and networks by implementing, managing, and monitoring robust security measures. Office location is at Changi area

**Role**
- Strategically plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade security measures to protect the bank's critical information assets.
- Conduct comprehensive security research to identify and analyze potential threats and vulnerabilities, recommending appropriate security controls to strengthen the bank's cybersecurity posture.
- Provide expert guidance and advisory services to stakeholders across various departments, ensuring they understand and implement security best practices.
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including reporting, documentation, and communication with relevant internal teams to maintain effective security operations.
- Support and lead projects aimed at continuous improvement in security and compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- **Experience in Cisco Firepower and Forescout CounterACT, is a plus**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience with CyberArk PAS, Tenable.sc, SolarWinds SEM, and other security-related solutions.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, major internet protocols, and security concepts.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A meticulous and proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.
- Expert knowledge of infrastructure engineering technologies and the ability to identify, report, and resolve technical issues.
- In-depth technical understanding of installation, configuration, performance tuning, and problem-solving for security solutions.
- Strong grasp of networking technologies, including routers, firewalls, switches, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Advanced understanding of various security technologies and web technologies, with professional security certifications preferred. Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster their growth and expertise.
