We are searching for a reliable HR and Administration coordinator to work in our Singapore office to take care of our employees and the office. The role is reporting to Group CEO.
Job Responsibilities
**HR**
- As a HR generalist assisting in all HR & Admin matters
- Act as focal point for all colleague communication related to HR and Admin
- Assist for payroll processing and its related activities(e.g. statutory submission/claims CP, Childcare/Maternity & leave etc.) and liaise with auditors on payroll audits
- Responsible on managing office human relationship to achieve work harmony and progress towards Company goals
- Update and maintain employee’s data in HR system in accordance with Company policies and MOM guidelines
- Assist in staff on-boarding and off-boarding process and report regularly to the management
- Handle employees enquires on all HR-related matters
- Support daily HR operations
- Assist in implementation of HR initiatives and projects;
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time
**Admin**
- Responsible for handling general office reception and administration duties including managing office supplies such as stationaries, pantry and facilities / building maintenance to make the office running smoothly and efficiently
- Facilitate various Company events and employee engagement activities
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Ensure the good relations with needed administrations/authorities
- Assist Commercial works
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR or Business / Management or any related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experiences in HR and Admin operations
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and labour laws and human resource practices in Singapore
- Payroll administration and processing experience
- Familiar with MS Office software, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Able to read, speak and write Chinese to coordinate with our China subsidiaries
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Patient person with positive, receptive and helping behaviour
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
