**About our group**:
The Recording Media Operations team is looking for a Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for direct supervision of the Operators including overseeing activities in a production area to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.

**About the role - you will**:

- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.
- Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
- Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing Specialists fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance their skills, performance and high level of discipline.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

**About you**:

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to coach and develop team members.
- Dependable and independent.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Your experience includes**:

- Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Proven experience of a supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft office.
- Experience working in cleanroom environment.
