Ensure that exceptional customer services are provided
- Assisting in rescheduling, cancelling, re-booking and reminding of appointments when required
- Identify and escalate cases to supervisor where necessary and ensure closure of escalated cases
- Key in call details into the system
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested

**Job Requirements**
- NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills with initiative and a pleasant disposition
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and to work effectively as a team
- Adaptable to change
- 2 Rotating Shift from Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5,30pm; 10am to 7pm), Saturday (9am to 1pm)
- 5 days work week according to roster

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 per month
