**About our group**:
The Treasury team is built on trust, teamwork, and collaboration. We are looking to build a best-in-class treasury team that will not only safeguard Seagate’s cash but provide the necessary treasury services to the rest of the company by:

- Providing access to Seagate finance teams with the necessary treasury tools.
- Collaborating with other Treasury teams and external finance teams with regards to Treasury functions.
- Continuous improvement on processes and procedures to adapt to changing environments.

Dealing with sensitive information with upmost care.

**About the role - you will**:

- Daily Cash - Daily administration of the cash management process which includes analyzing cash receipts, disbursements and assist in setting the company cash position.
- Create and execute funds transfers including, but not limited to intercompany transactions, third party and investment wires.
- Reconcile and maintain reporting within the treasury workstation, Integrity.
- Support the accounting team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure a timely month end close process and research any variances.
- Work with internal SOX and external auditors on all audit requests.
- Perform work which maintaining compliance with controls (including SOX), company policies, and financial covenants.
- Assist in system administration functions within all banking portals.
- Be one of the go-to people for cash management requests.
- Support and work with other Treasury personnel to improve treasury functions.

**Your experience includes**:

- Cash management
- Broad understanding of Finance concepts
- Working with a treasury workstation
- Good understanding of accounting concepts
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 5 years of Treasury experience.

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work.
