Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a Front office role focused on your
strengths, career aspirations and department requirements. Additionally, you will have the opportunity
for an overseas work attachment, depending on performance and suitable vacancies.

**Who are we looking for?**
We are in search of bright, curious, and enthusiastic individuals looking to launch their career in banking
and finance.
- 2025 graduating Bachelor’s or Master’s degree students, or graduates with up to 1-year of work

experience
- While we prefer degrees in Finance/ Economics/ Engineering/ Accountancy/ Law, we also

welcome individuals from other relevant degree background to apply

Additional valued skills/experience:

- Proven record of academic achievement (minimum: Second Upper Class)
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Relevant internships in corporate and investment banking / global markets
- Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Proactiveness, positive work and learning attitude
