KPMG Singapore is establishing Singapore's first "Embedded Finance Hub", an initiative to develop and nurture Singapore's embedded finance ecosystem. The objective is to accelerate the adoption of Embedded Finance by building capabilities and raise the standards of practice and creating new solutions across the end-to-end Embedded Finance ecosystem for corporates, financial institutions, and technology companies. With the support of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Hub will accelerate the creation of alliances and partnerships between those participants to create new EmFI propositions/ventures and bring those to market. As the Account Manager of Hub your role will be to work with the Head of Hub and Venture Accelerator Lead to actively managing the relationship of Hub members between and across the ecosystem from an operational and venture level. You would take charge of customer success for Hub members and customer requirements for the delivery of cohort and roundtable/accelerator programs to pursue embedded finance initiatives. A key part is to enable the partnering between members to create and pursue EF projects. Account Manager of the Hub will be responsible for driving this initiative across industry by: **Responsibilities**: - Responsible in supporting the Head of Hub and Venture Accelerator Lead to be the catalyst in revolutionising embedded finance across industry. - Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties. - Significant interaction with the Embedded Finance Hub's Marketing and Sponsorship teams. - Serve as the first point of contact for members and sponsors. - Assist in the overall members and sponsors administration effort. - Manage all curated structured workshops / seminars or other events to be attended by fellow members and sponsors - Respond to requests and enquiries from members and sponsors and liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve any arising matters. - Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements**: - Prior experience in investor relations, relationship manager, or customer success, or a similar role is preferred. - Having prior experience and relationships with financial institutions is an added advantage - Strong written and verbal communication skills and strict attention to detail - Ability to communicate orally with members, sponsors and internal stakeholders is crucial - Must be able to use good judgment and work independently in a multi-task position within a dynamic, team-based environment with solid time-management and organization skills.
