As a Clinical Research Associate you will play a key role in improving the lives of patients by accelerating the development of our customer's drugs and devices through innovative solutions.

You will be partnering with one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a science-based company with one of the most exciting product pipelines in the industry. This global pharmaceutical client develops breakthrough innovative medicines to improve and extend the opportunity to build your career in a rewarding customer-focused environment that supports creativity, collaboration and performance.

**What you will be doing**:

- Site monitoring activities from SSU to close out across multiple therapeutic areas
- Partnering with sites and addressing any issues, following up on reports and documentation to fulfill the requirements of the study
- Updating monitoring trip visit reports in a timely manner and escalating any issues to the CTM
- Exposure to global trials in a high performing FSP team and environment where you are encouraged to be proactive
- Opportunities for career development and training programmes within ICON and the client

**You Are**:

- Tertiary degree qualified
- On-site monitorng experience within CRO/Pharma is essential
- Excellent time management skills and communication
