The APAC Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining consistency for acquisition processes and coordination of life cycle and closing processes for the APAC regions.

The Infrastructure Planning & Acquisition (IPA) team is responsible for the acquisition and planning of Data Center real estate needed to build out Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure. The types of projects include land acquisition, Build-to-Suit lease transactions and working on overall region planning. The Land Program Manager will be the key party responsible for coordination across the Acquisition Managers, Engineering and Design, Environmental, Security, Community Engagement, Legal, Energy, Fiber and other key parties to ensure an end-to-end coordinated delivery for data center acquisition.

The APAC Land Program Manager will be based in Singapore, report to the APAC Director and will be responsible for transaction in the APAC portfolio.

The Land Acquisition Team is responsible for the delivery and pre-positioning of Data Center real estate needed to build out Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure. The types of projects include land acquisition and pre-development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Land Acquisitions team in managing transaction deal flow, including ensuring that all relevant data and associated documents are tracked and kept updated.
- Support real estate transaction processing and administration for fast growing and ever-changing business needs.
- Assist with site selection process, financial analysis, site due diligence, market data and determination of sites meeting region’s portfolio standards.
- Assist in implementation of a relevant system of metrics to plan, manage, measure and evaluate performance pertaining to the transaction process.
- Effectively communicate expectations, requirements and status of deals to key stakeholders and business partners - both internally and externally
- Help coordinate an ever-changing variety of internal initiatives and projects.
- Continue to build a culture of speed, flexibility and frugality with all business partners.
- Closely collaborate with other internal teams such as operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax and risk assessment to help deliver highly successful projects
- Coordinate with external partners such as landlords, brokers, developers, design professionals and other consultants.

**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years portfolio management, real estate, or office management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree or degree equivalent in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 3+ years portfolio management, real estate, or office management experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in transaction coordination and project management in an industrial/commercial or data center real estate operation with a national footprint leveraging a combination of internal and external resources.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of real estate transaction process
- Ability to effectively communicate internal process requirements to various audiences, including both internal and external stakeholders.
- A track record of coordinating high quality projects in an atmosphere where speed, flexibility, frugality and heavy workload are the expected norm.
- Previous experience as a contract manager.
