Singapore BANK OF CHINA LIMITED Full time

1. Drafting of Letter of Offer (LO) for bilateral loans for the Global Corporate Banking Department (GCBD) and Wholesale Banking (WB), and printing of LO and related documents for GCBD, WB and Commodity Business Unit (CBU) after LO is approved by the Risk Management Department (RMD).

2. Assist in maintaining a covenant tracking register based on list provided by RMD, sending weekly reminder to relationship managers.

3. Acting as Middle Office checker for bilateral loan disbursement and repayment transaction in Company Credit Management System (CCMS).

4. Acting as maker for Middle Office first tier reviewer of credit segmentation and adjustment in CCMS Total Credit Management Module.

5. Acting as Global Service Platform (GSP) user administrator for user and customer management.

6. Handling legacy bad debt issues, mainly including raising bad debt recovered form for the written-off accounts not transferred to RMD and Consumer Banking Department.

7. Acting as B role for Middle Office Global Risk Mitigation System (GRMS) collateral approval and C role for CCMS approval path setting.

8. Managing templates in accordance with Legal Compliance Department (LCD) instructions, including LO template, security deed, corporate guarantee, personal guarantee, charge over deposit, letter of set-off, Standby Letters of Credit, General Terms and Conditions governing banking facilities etc.

9. Deal with Corporate customers related data or analysis.

10. Acting as Investment Banking Secretary to deal with ad hoc projects and quarterly reports.

**Job Requirements**

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above

2. Relevant work experience: 1 years or more of credit related experience, front-office corporate banking experience is preferred

Have strong analytical skills, communication and coordination skills.

3.Other special requirements: Have strong logical analysis and English written and oral expression skills.
