**Job Summary**:
As a Cleaner, you play a crucial role in supporting the Customer Services department and the organization in achieving our vision, mission, and core values. You play a vital role in ensuring a positive and supportive living environment for students. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our students and staff. By maintaining cleanliness and following established protocols, you contribute to cultivating trust, commitment, and a client-centric approach. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will create a positive experience for our students, aligning with our mission of providing a hassle-free solution and a family-like environment. The Cleaner reports to the Customer Success Manager and collaborates with other team members to deliver an outstanding student experience.

**Scope of Works**

1. Perform cleaning duties according to established standards and protocols, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in student living spaces.

2. Clean and sanitize common areas, bedroom, kitchen, toilets, wardrobes and other designated spaces.

3. Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed.

4. Ensure that rooms and beds for new students are clean, well-furnished, and welcoming.

5. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of cleaning equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

6. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.

7. Follow health and safety guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning chemicals.

8. Report any safety hazards, damages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.

9. Collaborate with the Facilities Maintenance team to address specific cleaning requirements and coordinate cleaning schedules.

Educate and coach students on the importance of cleanliness and provide guidance on maintaining a clean and tidy living environment.

**Qualification, Skills and Strengths**:
1. Minimum O’Level

2. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

3. Ability to engage and motivate students to maintain cleanliness and tidiness.

4. Capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.

5. Professional appearance and possess basic English communication skills.

6. Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles a plus.

7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
