- Own, lead, consult and implement digital transformation initiatives across all business functions considering the latest technological trends

- Build trust and strong working relationships with Business and Technology stakeholders
- Push forward the capabilities and performance of the team to strengthen and expand the service offering of the unit which align with the business needs for today and the future

**Your team**
- You will be working in Emerging Solutions APAC team, which is a subgroup of the Group Internal Consulting unit based in Singapore. We are a dynamic and diverse team of consulting professionals with focus on emerging technology driven business transformation.
- Your team helps UBS business functions to implement their digital strategy and accomplish their ambitions in the areas of emerging technologies like Advanced Analytics, Cognitive Automation and Blockchain. Emerging Solutions team is at the intersection of business, technology and innovative thinking in practice. We accompany functions across all businesses to build a sustainable transformation; combining the power of emerging technologies with a profound understanding of UBS businesses. The team works in in close collaboration with the different functions, business divisions and external parties to achieve its goals.

**Your expertise**
- +10 years of full-time experience working at a global strategy or business consulting firm with a focus on digital transformation and emerging technologies
- +8 years of leadership experience across multiple locations in a large global environment (preferably in financial services)
- +8 years’ experience in building and managing high performing multicultural teams with the ambition to serve the client with the highest quality and support
- + 5 years demonstrated ability to actively drive the development and expansion of Emerging Solution technology and its service offerings to align with the business needs of today and the future
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with Mandarin and Cantonese highly suitable
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
