**Job Title**:Part-Time Centre Administrator **Location**:Iron Scholars, 118 Aljunied Ave 2, Singapore **Franchise**:Shenmo Education **Commitment**:1-Year Contract **Work Schedule**:

- Weekdays: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (any 4 days per week)
- Weekends: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Saturday or Sunday, based on rotation/needs)

**Role Overview**:
As the _Part-Time Centre Administrator _, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation and growth of the centre. This is a multi-faceted position combining administrative support, customer service, and digital marketing. You’ll be the friendly and capable point of contact for parents, while also helping drive enrolment through savvy marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Enrolment & Customer Experience**
- Schedule and manage enrolments and trial class bookings
- Maintain student records, attendance, and parent communications

**Centre Administration**
- Assist with daily operations, including invoicing and filing
- Prepare materials and coordinate with teachers on class logistics
- Ensure the centre is neat, welcoming, and well-stocked

**Marketing Support**
- Assist in running promotional activities, open houses, or roadshows
- Monitor social media responses and online leads

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in administration, customer service, or a learning centre (preferred)
- Familiarity with digital tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, CRM systems
- Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful demeanor
- Independent, reliable, and organized with attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
