Job Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and product owners to understand business requirements and define UAT test cases and scenarios.
- Execute UAT test cases based on both web and mobile platform features scope and releases, document results, and track defects/issues using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Report defects in a timely manner, work with development teams to resolve issues, and verify fixes during retesting.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on test progress, issues, and risks. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users.
- Maintain comprehensive UAT documentation, including test cases, and execution results. Ensure proper traceability of requirements.
- Assist in preparing UAT sign-off documentation and coordinate with the support teams (QA / Dev teams) to address any issues post-production and support UAT on urgent hotfix releases.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Quality Assurance (QA) roles. Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and processes.
- Experience working with business users to understand the UAT scope and plan the UAT support and reporting
- Hands-on experience in creating test cases, executing tests, and reporting defects.
- Familiarity with issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, and executing UAT within stipulated timeline.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with technical teams and business users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Is self-driven, a good team player and has a strong determination to succeed.
- Passionate about the evolution of Web3 and blockchain. Good to have testing experience with blockchain related platforms or apps.
