**Airport Coordinator, Travel Retail (Prestige Beauty Brand)**
**About the role**
As the Airport Coordinator, the primary function is to achieve airport sales goals and business objectives through:

- Efficient management of daily counter operations
- Good management of stock inventory
- Development and supervision of Beauty Advisors (BAs)

**Responsibilities**
**Retail Sales**
- Drive Beauty Advisors (BAs) in the store(s) to hit the monthly sales target set (example: by individual and by brand).
- Conduct regular counter meetings to give direction and keep BAs updated on counter sales.
- Responsible to prepare regular reports on sell-through figures, competitors, tracking of new launches, promotions/incentives, and update on retail store activities like in-store promotions/traffic/customer profile/ consumer shopping behavior or feedback

**Efficient Management of Daily Counter Operations and General Administration**
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with colleagues, management, host retailer, and internal/external stakeholders
- Supervise daily counter duties such as housekeeping, counter maintenance, merchandising, ensuring availability of stocks, testers and printed materials are in accordance with global visual merchandising guideline
- Ensure schedules are completed and issued on time, ensuring optimum staffing levels on selling floor

**Management of Stock Inventory**
- Ensure adequate stocks are available at counter
- Identify products that are slow and develop weekly push list of items for concentrated selling

**Development and Management of Counter Staff**
- Coach BA and Generic Staff (GS) on brand stories, hero products, and other important brand-specifics for brands close by on the sales floor
- Utilize both in-store meetings and E-learning platforms, including brand-agnostic content, to coach BAs towards improving customer experience and sales productivity
- Guide and mentor newly hired BAs
- Review with BAs on sales performance and BA productivity (IPT, AUS and etc) and follow up on coaching/guidance if necessary
