Videographer (Freelance)

You will be responsible for the video shoot, editing and creating animation of property home tour video for youtube and social media platform.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with the respective Realtor to understand direction and creative intent of the video
- Edit and organise raw video footage into meaningful, creative, attractive commercial videos for advertising and branding purpose. Including editing of video effects, animation, soundtrack, graphics and audio mixing
- Create basic animation, visual effects, motion graphics
- Source for post assets (e.g. music and graphics)
- Project manage, create post-production timeline from start to delivery
- Work with the Realtor to add special effects to videos

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of working experience as a videographer, video editor, video animation creation
- Experience and knowledge of video production workflows
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC and other related software.
- Intermediate capability in using Adobe AfterEffects CC
- Strong technical understanding of different video codecs and formats
- Good sense of aesthetics and understanding of interaction between sound and motion picture

**Salary**: $600.00 - $2,000.00 per day
