Supervise all operations and relevant works and provide technical support in various projects and ensure timely completion within stipulated timeline.
- Preparation of pipes ready for jacking and check lubrication lines during pipe jacking.
- Actively participate in system assembly and disassembly during mobilization and demobilization periods.
- Preparation, Installation and dismantling of all equipment on site.
- Participate in pre-planning meetings, operations meetings with Management and Sub-contractors and prepare relevant reports as and required.
- Operate the jacking machine according to provided project parameters.
- Responsible for daily maintenance and routine repairs of jacking machine.
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and inform Management on machines reconditions and upgrade when necessary.
- Monitor line and grade to ensure alignment are accurate and remains within tolerances described in project plans and specifications.
- Monitor and report work progress, issue daily reports and maintain accurate records of jacking operations per specified forms.
- Complete Inspection Test Plans/Protocol and Acceptance Reports.
- Perform Good Housekeeping of Sites.
- Maintain good working relationships with all parties at all times.
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned.
