As a rapidly growing organization, we are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as Social Media Marketing Interns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Group Events and Marketing Manager to develop and execute engaging social media strategies to promote our baby and toddler swimming school and tech startup.
- Create compelling and visually appealing social media content using AI writing tools, Canva, or other graphic design software.
- Engage and interact with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support in organizing and executing events such as roadshows and product launches to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to ensure our online presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on cross-functional projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in AI writing tools to create compelling social media copy.
- Experience with Canva or other graphic design software to produce visually appealing content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engaging audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media video production or Tik Tok are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a teachable and mature attitude.
- Pleasant and respectful personality, capable of maintaining a positive online presence and engaging with customers and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend events, in addition to regular Monday to Friday working hours.

**How to Apply**:
Note: This is an internship position with a duration of at least 3 months. The selected interns will report to the Group Events and Marketing Manager.
