- Communicate & connects to all the guest providing them an unforgettable dining experience with us.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Flexible and able to go beyond the line of duty to maximize customers' satisfaction and meet customers' needs.
- Well verse in our products and services available.
- Attentive to incoming guest via walk-ins, call-ins & online platform reservations.
- Handling of incoming reservations and good control over the daily flow of customers.
- Support the Management of the outlet.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**

You should have the following skills that we are looking for:

- A guest-first approach to hospitality.
- Carry oneself with positivity during operational duty and display of good vibe influence to our guests and team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses problem solving, motivating and organization skills.
- Passion to work in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate well as both a team player and team leader with good adaptability skills to operational changes wherever improvements are required.
