**Specialist Clinic Assistant at a Multi-disciplinary Skin and Sports Medicine Clinic**:
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented **Clinic Assistant**to join our multi-disciplinary **Specialist Medical Clinic**located in the heart of the CBD (Tanjong Pagar / Downtown area). As a key member of our dynamic healthcare team, you will provide essential frontline support to patients, assist doctors in procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide front-line patient services including registration, appointment scheduling, and enquiries on treatments, medications, and clinic products.
- Assist doctors during medical and aesthetic skin procedures.
- Perform basic clinical tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, wound dressing changes, medication dispensing).
- Advise patients on suitable treatments and products (training provided).
- Build rapport with patients and foster long-term relationships.
- Actively promote clinic services and participate in patient engagement initiatives.
- Handle administrative duties including insurance memos, submissions, and vendor liaison.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proficiency in computer systems; knowledge of PLATO is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin proficiency a plus).
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- A meticulous multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
