**Key Responsibilities**:

- To develop and execute Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) initiatives and programs aligned with Company’s mission and values.
- Ensuring that stakeholders are aware of the company’s sustainability practices, policies, and that everyone is helping to enforce them.
- Facilitating and engaging artistic workshops and classes for the public, sharing expertise and inspiring creativity.
- Planning and execution of internal and external community events such as organizing philanthropy events, supporting community initiatives, organizing employee volunteer days, promote employee wellness programs, etc.
- Build strong relationships with local communities and partner organizations to foster collaboration and create positive social impact.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve our CSR practices.
- Evaluate the impact of CSR activities that help the business work toward meeting its established corporate citizenship goals by providing regular reports to the board and stakeholders.Lead and mentor a team of dedicated CSR professionals.

- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
- Passion for art and creativity, with a strong artistic background.
- Highly experience in facilitating workshops and classes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- A deep personal commitment to corporate social awareness.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build a community and activate others; adaptable to different cultures and business environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A positive and enthusiastic attitude, innovative in action.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience in exhibiting artwork and receiving awards in art competitions.**:
