We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nanyang Kopi Barista to join our team. As a Kopi Barista, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and serving our signature Kopi and Teh beverages, as well as preparing traditional Nanyang breakfast items. You will be responsible for ensuring that each cup of coffee or tea meets our exacting standards of quality and authenticity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of Nanyang Kopi and Teh beverages, including Kopi O, Kopi C, Teh O, Teh C, and other specialty drinks.
- Demonstrate expertise in traditional Nanyang coffee brewing methods, including hand-pulled techniques and the use of traditional Kopi brewing equipment.
- Source and select the finest coffee beans and tea leaves from reputable suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and freshness.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our coffee and menu offerings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination in the preparation and service of Nanyang breakfast items.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Barista, with a strong focus on Nanyang Kopi and Teh.
- Deep understanding of Nanyang coffee culture, including familiarity with different coffee bean varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Salary**:Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
