- 1We are looking for an entrepreneurial Integrations Product Manager to help take our integration offering to the next level.

As Integrations Product Manager at Bluesheets, you will lead all aspects of integration development; including the product backlog, UX, QA and new feature development. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, partnerships and the founders, leveraging your experience managing multiple stakeholders to prioritise development while continuously striving to improve on KPIs.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Establishing, documenting and enforcing Integration Principles.
- Designing, building and testing integrations between internal and external systems.
- Implementing features, systems and services that have an immediate and positive impact on our users.
- Working closely with Partnerships to define use cases for new integration opportunities that arise from inbound and outbound activities.
- Helping onboard new integration partners by leading and overseeing development and implementation of go-to-market/enablement programs.
- Monitoring API performance and working closely with Customer Success teams to collect and act on feedback.
- Taking ownership of transactional and analytical data integration, implementing solutions with accuracy and mínimal latency.
- Securing data connection endpoints to comply with industry best practices.
- Troubleshooting relevant escalations from support.
- Leading and participating in critical design, product and partnership discussions.
- Fostering ownership, inclusiveness, accountability, pragmatism, and urgency in the team.

**Ideal Profile**
- You have 3+ years of experience in product management or integration development within high-paced, agile environments and
- You have minimum of 2 years of experience managing a development team (internal or outsourced).
- You possess a successful track record of building API based platforms with a good understanding of the fundamentals of domain-driven design.
- You have the ability to develop strong roadmaps and strategic plans as well as to provide execution details through product specifications.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate & communicate with a wide range of team members from different business functions within the company.
- You have a Bachelor's or advanced degree, ideally in a technical or quantitative discipline.
- You possess strong project management skills.
- You have the ability to thrive in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
- Experience in an early stage, SaaS startup environment is preferred.
