- Foster a supportive environment by being available to answer questions, provide advice, and troubleshoot issues domestic helpers may face during their employment.
- Regularly review and update training materials to reflect new trends, best practices, and regulations within the domestic helper industry.
- Incorporate feedback from domestic helpers, employers, and colleagues into training programs for continuous improvement.
