As we prepare to launch our flagship Hazukido store, we are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Service Crew. - Full-time | Base salary: $2,100 to $2,400
- Franchise start-up training conducted by the Taiwan team in Singapore
- Quarterly sales commission upside
- Variable bonus eligible based on performance
- Accelerated growth: Promoted to Senior Service Crew member or Assistant Store Manager based on performance and expansion plans

**Overview of the Service Crew role**

As a Service Crew member, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and delightful experience for every customer who visits our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers with enthusiasm and providing friendly assistance.
- Assisting customers in selecting menu items and providing recommendations.
- Operating the POS system and processing transactions accurately.
- Preparing and serving food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store environment.
- Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and smooth store operations.
- Contributing to a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.

**Requirements**:We're looking for individuals who embody the following qualities:

- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required.
