**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a diligent Office Cleaner to help maintain our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to keep our clinic spaces clean and orderly, ensuring that all areas are sanitary and pleasant for staff and visitors. This includes cleaning floors, dusting surfaces, and tidying up common areas.

You will be working in a children centre, specifically with special-needs children. Hence, you will be working closely with the teaching staff for hygiene maintenance during classroom activities as well.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.).
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
- Ensure that all appliances and equipment are turned off at the end of the cleaning cycle.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $1,700.00 per month
