This position reports to the Brand Manager(s) Key custodian of store defects and customer warranty items across all brands Housekeeping of merchandise to ensure assigned warehouse area & items are properly stored and organised Work with warranty administrative team to propose resolutions to mitigate customer’s dissatisfaction Propose action plan for store defects Assist in stock handling such as pick, pack and label of merchandise before dispatch to respective channels Organise and pack stocks according to delivery schedules, organise documentation Learn to operate warehouse manage of warehouse management system (EPB) Ensure accurate input of in/out stock in the company's system. Able to operate a handheld device Verify and ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments Responsible for the security of inventory in the assigned warehouse area Min 1 year experience Physically Fit - must have the physical strength to carry loads up to 20kg Basic knowledge of Microsoft software e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint is a plus Able to work in a warehouse environment (non-aircon environment) Able to travel islandwide to stores and/or external repair shops where necessary Others:

- Basic Salary: $1500 - $1800
- OT + 13th mth bonus + Performance Bonus + Annual Increment
- Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
