The Warehouse Hotel was built in 1895 along the Singapore River as part of the Straits of Malacca trade route. At that time, the area was a hotbed of secret societies, underground activity, and liquor distilleries. Today, while much of that history has disappeared, one building is being meticulously restored as a modern boutique hotel, focusing on heritage and local culture. The Warehouse Hotel delivers thoughtful hospitality with historically-detailed rooms, classic local dishes and craft cocktails.

The Warehouse Hotel is an inspiring 37-room hotel, housed in a prominent conservation building on the bank of the Singapore River within the vibrant neighbourhood of Robertson Quay. A meticulously restored icon with a unique history, the hotel is operated by The Lo & Behold Group.

**You’ll be in charge of**:

- Direct and produce the annual revenue and sales business plan including strategy, marketing, and budgeting.
- Implementing sales plans that drive incremental occupancy, increase average rates and grow event sales.
- Overall responsibility in achieving target revenue and personal/team monthly sales goals while maximizing profitability.
- Developing awareness and reputation of the hotel and the brand in the local community, including tours and outreach.
- Forming deep personal relationships with key clients, accounts, travel agents, and third party sales.
- Visiting clients at their offices to form relationships, sell room contracts and events.
- Being the key client contact on-the-ground, welcoming clients, conducting site visits, and some management of VIP groups and client reservations.
- Assisting in building sales collateral, printed materials, and mailers to drive awareness.
- Managing guest database and CRM, including history, spending trends, preferences.
- Assisting in reviewing monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends.
- Lead the sales and events team in the Hotel to develop promotions that showcase the hotel to potential clients.
- Mentor and guide the Hotel sales team.
- Identifying new marketing opportunities via demographics, market forces, and key partnerships through market research
- Sustaining rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits by exploring specific needs and anticipating opportunities.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelors degree in hospitality, tourism or hotel management course
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in a related field, with 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong networking skills
- Fluency with financials, budgeting, and revenue tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, professional, and high level of energy and work ethic
- Results-oriented with good planning, organizing, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency with hotel or POS software a plus
