Job Description:
**Location : Near Ang Mo Kio**

**Working Hour : Monday Friday 9am -6pm**

**Salary:$5000-$6500 (basic) + Transport claim +1 month AWS+ Quarterly incentive**

**Our client is a MNC a global supplier to high tech equipment.**

Recruitment of Senior Service Engineer for SMT Solutions (Singapore based)

Key Responsibilities
- Area of coverage will be South East Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand.
- Hands on visit customers sites, preventive maintenance, MYCARE, troubleshoot support, product evaluation and participate on projects with customers.
- Manage agents and distributors in the territory and provide coaching and training to them in order for them to increase their sales.
- Support sales personnel on technical aspects to develop and win sales for existing or new customers
- Promote Company after market support through regular customer visits, technical presentations etc.
- Maintain Company product certifications as engineering expert in all products
- Coach and train sales people and distributors.
- Manage and review Service for own self and one engineer under service manager
- Quotation management: Present quotations and specific after market accessories, spare parts and software upgrades to customers. Facilitate and eventually lead the negotiation stage with customers on all aspects of AM support.
- Develop, implement and follow up the budget for After Market Cost Centres
- Work intimately together with the Head-office in Sweden. Provide them with information from the market in order for them to plan production and deliveries accordingly.
- Maintain and monitor records and reports, control shipping, support accounts department A/R collection and manage Warranty Cappa System
- Report to Swedish head office, Head of Global After Market HF division to manage the global accounts
- Coordinate with Sweden and the production facilities to ensure that high quality products are delivered on time.

Requirement
- University degree preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- At least 4-6 years experience in a similar capacity
- Extensive technical knowledge in the Liquid Dispensing industry, SMT and production flow/processes
- to medium term.
- Extensive Experience from sales management in Asia.
- Ability to build strong sales teams who are dedicated to selling.
- Existing distributor management experience
- Extensive experience in industrial sales and Key Account Management
- Good IT with Integration Knowledge an advantage
- Good Communications and presentation skills
- Honest and responsible
- Experience working in a multi-national environment
- Customer oriented and flexible
- Quality oriented
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally on short notice.
