**1. JOB PURPOSE**
The Executive/Senior Executive is to support the department in the report extraction relating to chronic disease patients in NHG. This is to support NHG HQ and institutions for their data analytics, reporting and clinical research projects for chronic disease patients. He/she may also be involved in other data related work within Information Management as required.
**2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Chronic Disease Data Analytics and Reporting**
- Respond to data requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to understand scope and finalize the reporting specification format required from the business
- Extract data from the chronic disease registries
- Design and develop interactive dashboards or Pivot reports if needed
- Ensure automation for regularly-tracked reports and dashboards
**Clinical Research Projects**
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Assist researchers in identifying feasible data analytics solutions (data availability, relevancy etc.)
- Provide data support for the research project.
**Chronic Disease Registries**
- Maintenance of set-up in current and future chronic disease registries
- Understand the various variables that are used in identifying and classifying different chronic disease types in the system(s)
- Evaluate data management, data quality and data gaps and provide recommendations for improvement
- Investigate data anomalies and work with IHIS to resolve data issues
- Maintain the documentation required in relation to chronic disease patients in NHG and assist in the understanding of the logic/rules in existing and future systems
**Support **data **related work in Information Management**
**3. JOB REQUIREMENTS**
(a) Education/Training/Experience
- The individual must have past experience in writing SQL script and good understanding and concepts relating to the data structure
- Diploma / Degree required with at least 2 years of working experience
- Some knowledge of principles of data analysis and data profiling. Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in the use of BI tools (Oracle OBIEE)
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Competency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)

- Demonstrates good teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence and good negotiation skills. Ability to handle and manage stressful situations; is creative and self-motivated. Able to operate independently.
