As a Marketing and Sales Executive at The Perfect Media Group you receive meaningful responsibilities as of day 1. You are in charge of maintaining and fast-growing a long-term partnership with our customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.

To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of overall advertising solutions and specialist knowledge of making brands look good outdoors in Out-Of-Home advertising and display solutions. You will not only develop your negotiating and sales skills but also your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logístical understanding as you are responsible for your client from A-Z.

The Perfect Media Group has more than 20 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising in Singapore and South East Asia. The driving force behind the organization has great expertise in their industry and today they have presence across 20 cities, in 12 countries, with more than 300 advertisement locations.

As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will be allowed to do meaningful work with important responsibilities from Day 1, build and develop your expertise in one of the truly ASEAN Out-of-Home companies. You will join a community of hardworking and motivated co-workers that is committed to improve client’s branding experience and deliver strong and effective business results.

**Your team**

This role reports to a Sales Director/ Account Director

**Key responsibilities**
- Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers;
- Acquire a deep understanding of client’s advertising needs and requirements;
- Create and share sales presentations to a range of prospective clients;
- Produce creative narratives and pull marketing programs for TPM key assets;
- Collaborating closely with teams from other departments;
- Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Passionate about marketing, advertising, creative and sales
- Proven ability of critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
