**Roles Responsibilities**

**Specific Responsibilities**

2. Hired trainee will focus on employee retention strategies, to research and analyse what are the attractive compensations and benefits packages that our company can offer to the staff, and also propose other attractive plans to retain top talents of the company.

3. To successfully gather feedback and suggestions from employees to organize and plan company-wide team bonding cohesion events and activities.

4. He or she will have excellent communication skills to build and effectively manage all interpersonal relationships, mediate and solve any conflicts occuring between all departments. Trainee will also be in charge of any disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations when necessary. Trainee must be able to remain neutral and give fair resolutions when mediating any conflicts.

**Technical Skills and Competencies**

1. Learn different HR and talent acquisiton strategies to effectively and efficiently choose the most suitable person for the right job

2. Provide compensations schemes, reasonable and strategical benefits, and figure out new attractive plans to retain employees

3. Team bonding activivties and company event planning in efforts to retain staff happiness

4. Learn how to manage inter-work relationships across the various departments and handle all employee issues and concerns
