The incumbent is responsible for managing the operations for media related works such as Videography and Photography which includes Construction Monitoring such as Time-Lapse, CCTVs and to ensure that all works produced for the clients are up to standard and satisfaction.

**Job Description
**Media Works**
- Managing the operations and assignments based on client’s requirements:

- Follow up with the Client’s on their requirements and to ensure a good chance to secure the job
- Doing the Pitch/Proposal based on client’s requirements
- Delegate of Manpower to complete the Pitch and Job
- Ensure that media related equipment is in proper working condition Ÿ
- Art Direction and involve in the media production
- Lead the team in the media production
- Hands-on filming and Directing
- Oversee the Post-Production Team and to ensure a quality output.
- Ensure the media output to be delivered on time

**Construction Monitoring Works Ÿ**
- Managing the operations and assignments based on client’s requirements for Time-Lapse & CCTV:

- Follow up with the Client’s on their requirements
- Doing the Pitch/Proposal based on client’s requirements
- Delegate the work to the team and to ensure that Work and Entry permits are applied for RCM personnel to enter to work site.
- Scheduling and delegate the manpower and resources to complete the job. Ÿ
- Manage and execution of the Time-Lapse & CCTV
- Ensure that the plans are executed accordingly by the team and vendors
- Advice and provide solutions whenever there are any issue arises
- Work with Director to ensure all operations and executions are of quality and adhere to client requirements

**Job Requirements**

**Technical Competencies**:

- Formal education in Media and Arts.
- Strong knowledge of Media, Technology and Construction Monitoring.
- Experience in Filming, Post-Production and Construction Monitoring
- Experience and competence in knowledge in Construction Monitoring
- Familiar with project execution for Media and Construction Monitoring for client reporting.
- Relevant safety certificate(s)

**Task-Related Competencies**:

- Understanding client’s requirements for Construction Monitoring and Media related projects
- Managing of the operations in related to Construction Monitoring and Media projects
- Leading the team to execute the projects for both Construction Monitoring and Media projects
- Scheduling, Planning and Executing of multiple projects
- Good communication and enforcing good work practices internally
- Fostering strong working relationship internally within the company and externally with clients
- Pro-active and forward thinking to keep abreast on any potential problems that might arise in projects
- Display of good leadership and managerial experience to be imparted to the team
- Prepare and Conduct on-job-training to new staff
