- HR SPOC for EM HUB teams based out of Singapore (global sales and global functions) and project manager of people topics for HUB teams across the market.
- Tactical business partner & operations expert driving employee experience from hire to retire, supporting business & people decisions with data, analytics, and market insights. Role model of adidas values, cultivating and maintaining strong collaboration, transparency and trust between management and employees within the HR team and organization.
Requisite Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 7-8 years progressive work experience in the generalist field of HR. Last 2 years minimum on Managerial Level. (Preferably in an international organization)
- Multiple project handling experience
- English fluent (written and oral)
- Knowledge of Singapore labour laws
- MS- office skills (Specially Excel) and SAP is a must

- Lead end to end HR Business partnering for HUB teams based out of Singapore ensuring equity of process, system, and experience in alignment with the local HR teams.
- Collaborate with EM HUB HR & Analytics team to create the people plan for Singapore based Hub teams; align with key stakeholders and execute key KPIs.
- Support the EM HUB SLT with all people related matters for the assigned area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with HUB, cluster, and COE HR teams to ensure alignment and two-way flow of information to aid better decision making and priority management.
- Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs and feedback are taken into consideration in shaping the people strategy.
- Provide coaching to employees and management; articulate and present HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture.
- Drive initiatives and projects based on organizational needs and other global/local priorities
- Challenge current processes (policies, structure, etc.) and status quo; think outside of the box in terms of solutions; proactively contact EM SLT/HUB & SEA HR for advice and solutions that are aligned with the team across regions.
- Partner with Management in structuring and developing their respective teams (e.g., team line up, regular HR fitness check) and support agreed action plans.
- Lead with data and facts, ensure the business is supported with pre-emptive data and facts to work on people topics
- Align and follow up on recruitment process of all positions within area of responsibility in alignment with Talent Acquisition team.
- Involvement in Strategic planning, Spot bonuses, annual salary rounds and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas in accordance with TCM principles and in close partnership with the Rewards team and the line managers.
- Drive the embedding of Personnel & Management Development tools and concepts (such as MyBest, Development plans, Talent Management for both high and low performers, Succession Planning initiatives).
- Create insights based on ELS (Employee listening survey) and drive action plans in alignment with respective business leads.
- Review grievances, value violations, etc. and partner with the HUB & Singapore teams to drive compliance and support continuous improvement.
- Develop, consolidate and report on key HR analytics and insights through People Metrices (Engagement Scores, Attrition data, Onboarding, NPS, etc ) to enable people decisions and action planning
- Manage and report on monthly and annual People & FTE budgets, actual cost as well as data accuracy and forecasts (offline as well as online through SAP Analytics Cloud/SAP)
- Manage and track FTE and Organizational Blueprint trackers.
