**Job Description - Programme Executive/Manager (Seniors)**:
Reporting to the Executive Director, you are required to plan and co-ordinate the programmes and activities conducted for the seniors in the Active Aging & Befriending programmes.

**General**:

- Understand, imbibe & promote C3 mission, vision and values
- Analyse, distil and identify needs in selected sector
- Define, plan and propose programmes to meet community needs
- Recruit, manage and engage volunteers for the senior's programmes
- Organise, run and review approved activities and events

**Senior's Programmes**:

- Run Active Ageing programmes and Befriending Programmes
- Pioneer case management for selected seniors with more pressing needs
- Able to work and communicate effectively with volunteers, partners and stakeholders from different works of life
- Responsible to contribute to practical ideas for programmes
- Evaluate programmes and responsible for regular reporting of impact and KPIs

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the various programmes of C3 as required
- Assist in fundraising, administration and other responsibilities as required
