The Director of Operations is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our property to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. He/she plays a critical role in aligning operational strategies with the organization's overall objectives.

The Director of Operations will lead a high-performing operational team, fostering a results-oriented work environment.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategic plans, objectives, and goals for the organization. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and formulating strategies to drive growth and improve operational performance.
- Operations Management: Directing and coordinating various operational functions, such as quality control, conducting VIP room checks and complete guest service satisfaction. Ensuring that operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and brand standards.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Developing and managing budgets for operational expenses, capital expenditures, and resource allocation. Monitoring financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing measures to control expenses while maximizing operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes, increase productivity, and optimize resource utilization. This may involve analyzing workflows, implementing new technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing operations team. Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Setting performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing training and development programs as needed
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance. Monitoring and analyzing data to assess progress, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identifying operational risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, data protection, and other relevant legal requirements. Developing contingency plans to address potential disruptions and minimize operational downtime.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, senior management, suppliers, and customers to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication. Managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
