**What you will be doing**
- To provide customer service to Club’s members/guests in a professional manner at the towel counter;
- Ensure towels, lockers and housekeeping amenities are sufficient for daily use;
- To maintain accurate records for daily towels and day-use locker key transactions;
- To handle and report missing towels, locker keys and lost and found items;
- To monitor the collection and return of laundered linens/uniforms etc from the laundry contractor;
- To check and report the cleanliness of the changing rooms to the Head of Department/Immediate Superior;
- To report any maintenance faults to the Housekeepers;
- To wipe clean the lockers in the changing rooms as assigned by the Head of Department/Immediate Superior;
- Simple operation of the POS computer system for cashiering;
- Ensure all towels and lockers in the changing rooms are cleaned and well-maintained for members’ use;
- To assist the Head of Department/Immediate Superior for pre-setup of events held at the Club i.e. ironing of linens, laying table cloths etc;
- To carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time;
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management.

**What we are looking for**
- Conversant with English and Mandarin; Cantonese, Hokkien, etc are definite advantages (to serve our members and their guests);
- Proactive, independent, work with mínimal supervision and perform well under pressure;
- A team player and commitment to work rotating shifts and any 6-day, including weekends and public holidays;
- On-the-job training will be provided for those without relevant experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $2,100.00 per month
