**Company Overview**:
We are a global leader in freight forwarding and logistics, providing innovative transportation and supply chain solutions. Our services include air, sea, and land freight, warehousing, and end-to-end logistics management. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Director**to lead our international operations, with a particular focus on the development and growth of our **Southeast Asia (S.E.A.)**market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage international freight forwarding operations, including air, ocean, and land transport across multiple regions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency across the Southeast Asia (S.E.A.) region.
- Lead a diverse, high-performing team across global offices, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional market demands.
- Spearhead the business development efforts in Southeast Asia by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key clients, partners, and local authorities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
- Optimize operational processes to enhance cost-efficiency and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and local S.E.A. standards.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and operational excellence across the Southeast Asia region and other global offices.
- Manage regional and international budgets, achieving financial targets and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives for market expansion and policy development, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Southeast Asia market to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in the international freight forwarding or logistics industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of international shipping regulations, trade compliance, and customs procedures, particularly within the Southeast Asia region.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional and diverse teams across multiple regions.
- Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment.
