**Senior Sustainability Associate**

(Hybrid/Remote)

**Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Plan, manage and execute sustainability assessment advisory projects.
- Advising clients on developing a sustainability management system.
- Performing sustainability performance gap analysis and benchmarking to develop targeted improvement plans.
- Develop necessary sustainability policies and procedures for clients to support their sustainability assessments.
- Develop and implement tailored KPIs monitoring tools for clients.
- Ensure excellent project management for the successful implementation of projects.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients to support long-term partnerships.
- Develop and conduct sustainability awareness workshops for clients on a range of topics covering environmental, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement areas.
- Assist in thought leadership programmes such as webinars, blogs and articles.
- Participate in the development of strategic plans to grow our advisory services in targeted areas.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or above Degree in Business Management/Sustainability/Economics/Public Relations/Environmental Management/Environmental Engineering or similar. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in sustainability consulting and managing EcoVadis assessment projects. Experience in working with clients in China and/or Taiwan is required.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and native-level fluency in the Chinese language.
- Strong aptitude for project management, data management, statistical analysis, writing and presentation.
- Knowledge of various sustainability frameworks and standards will be an added advantage.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced multi-cultural, international environment with demanding and multiple deadlines.
- Commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Positive attitude and energy, and resourcefulness.
- Trustworthy, self-starter, and independent.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
