**Operations Executive Responsibilities**: 1. Meeting with clients to find out their requirements 2. Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales 3. Negotiating the payment terms of business contracts 4. To handle budgets and timescales with the clients and project teams 5. Dealing with any unexpected costs and update clients 6. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and project managers 7. Liaising with technical, legal and financial teams, sub-contractors and clients 8. Overseeing the full management of project 9. Preparing quotation, tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in business **Operations Executive Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Basic accountant experience "MUST" - A relevant certificate may be required. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Superb organizational skills. - Outstanding interpersonal skills. - A willingness to learn. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
