DESIGNATION : Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Lee Kong Chian School of Business

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage faculty recruitment activities and budgets.
- Manage the administration of overseas recruitment conference activities.
- Organise Faculty Induction for new hires (once a year)
- Organise School Meetings (twice a year)
- Manage the Faculty Recruitment System (FRS).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree with 3 years of work experience, or Diploma with 5 years of work experience, preferably in the education industry.
- Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an academic setting will be advantageous.
- Prior experience in confidential positions will be advantageous.
- Matured with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Diligent and organised, with ability to work well under pressure.
- Analytical and meticulous with attention to important details.
- A good team player yet independent and with good initiatives.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
