**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics and website elements
- Collaborate with marketers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the desired message and resonate with the target audience. Able to meet project objectives and deadlines
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand identities across all marketing materials
- Ensure consistency in branding elements, including logos, colours, typography, and imagery
- Simple video production and editing for social media use

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house creative team
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools
- Excellent understanding of design principles, colour theory, and layout techniques
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- A good team player

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
