- t least 10 years of hands-on experience in verification(alternatively: post-silicon validation) of analogue mixed signalproducts/IP's. D
- eep knowledge of state-of-the-art analogue mixed-signal pre-siliconverification, to drive methodology discussions and development. E
- xperience in leading a team and possess people management skills. D
- emonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring people. S
- trong team player with good stakeholder management. G
- ood communication and presentation skills A
- bility to make sound judgements and motivate team members to performat the best level. H
- ave some basic knowledge on budgeting and planning. Y
- ou possess an innovative mindset, out-of-the-box thinking and able to drive continuous innovation. F

- ead team to deliver analogue mixed-signal v**erification and validation w**ork packages for business lines worldwide. P
- rovide and support for all projects executed in the team. M
- anage competency and m**ethodology d**evelopment of the team at the competence center level. H
- andle people development and allocation of the right competency to the projects supported. E
- nsure continuous improvements to the state-of-the-art in methodology and skills. D
- rive evaluation of new tools and methods to improve efficiency in verification tasks. D
- rive collaboration across different functional teams locally and worldwide to ensure projects' success. D
- evelop and execute strategy to maintain as competence center in v**erification. S**
- upport project managers in achieving project targets in verificationwork packages. S
- upport functional management to achieve key goals and targets in v**erification c**enter of competence.
