**Requirement**

We are currently looking to hire Consultant/ Senior Consultant with prior banking experience to provide industry leading business analysis and project delivery skills to support financial service institutions.

You will need:

- A Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, law, engineering, business, or equivalent disciplines. (An advanced degree is desirable)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting or financial services environment
- Exposure to at least one of the following areas:

- Retail / Commercial Banking
- Capital Markets
- Wealth Management
- Insurance
- Knowledge of the following methodologies / qualifications are also highly advantageous
- PMP / Prince2
- Agile
- Six Sigma / Lean
- The ability to run requirements workshops and communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and conflict resolution skills, which means you are able to proactively anticipate situations, address issues and propose solutions
- Familiar with the entire lifecycle, knowledge of multiple development methodologies, experience in requirements management, process modeling, and testing.
- Excellent adaptability, flexibility and prioritization skills. This means you are able to work on multiple tasks / projects and successfully deliver based on project needs and timelines
- Experience in leading/training other junior team members
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
