[What the role is]

Assistant Manager/ Accountant, Finance (Assets & Payments)

[What you will be working on]
- Administration of Workday Payables & Fixed Assets Modules, including system testing and implementation
- Ensure invoices are properly recorded and paid on time, and in accordance with relevant financial guidelines/requirements
- Ensure smooth running of invoice workflow and operating procedures
- Ensure assets are recorded in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards, including applicable leases which are to be capitalised
- Formulate rules and policies relating to Payables & Assets
- Prepare payable and asset schedules and reports
- Liaise with auditors on audit matters
- Advise Operations Department on financial matters

[What we are looking for]
- Qualification in either accountancy or business administration with about 2 years of experience in handling payables or other accounting areas
- Communication and people skill are essential
