**Position**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage multiple delivery plans across DFS’ global omni retail program, including project management, risk & issue management, communication, and change management
- Lead and drive business requirements analysis, delivery plan on business solutions and processes, considering risk management and cost-benefit analyses
- Ensure on time and on budget delivery of projects while also ensuring that project gates and governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project
- Manage incidents and problems related to omni retail systems, leveraging all available IT resources and vendors
- Review processes, change execution and results impacting solutions, understand failed changes and their impact, suggest improvements to avoid unnecessary business impact
- Take ownership of major incidents and ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
- Manage IT services vendors for daily support

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Product Analyst/Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Senior Product Analyst in technology implementation or consulting
- Strong business analysis experience, project and process management in travel industry and/or retail operations
- Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget, and schedule
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and deliver quality work in a fast-paced work environment

This role is based in Singapore but occasional travel may be required.
