Singapore SC AUTO INDUSTRIES (S) PTE LTD Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Service Advisor to prepare quotations and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare DO & generate Tax Invoice, Credit/Debit Notes to customers with proper filing.
- Coordinate repair job, parts availability, parts ordering, raise PR and liaise with purchaser on the stock.
- Send monthly SOA to customers & follow up on AR collection.
- Assist in month/year end closing.
- Maintain office cleanliness and pantry supplies, stationery, monitor inventory and stock replenishment.
- Assist in accident reporting / e-filing.
- Perform ad-hoc duties from time to time as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an **office administrator **, office support or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge on accident reporting will be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- High school diploma in office administration or relevant field is preferred
