**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of excavation equipment on our construction sites located in Pulau Punggol Aggregate Terminal (PPAT). Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

**What you'll be doing**
- Operate excavation equipment such as backhoes, dozers, and loaders to dig, move, and load construction materials
- Perform pre-operational checks and regular maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the public
- Collaborate with the construction team to understand project requirements and execute tasks efficiently
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and any issues encountered
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the project

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in the construction industry
- Proficient in the operation of a variety of heavy equipment, including backhoes, dozers, and loaders
- Excellent understanding of construction techniques, safety protocols, and project management principles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected challenges on-site
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Valid heavy vehicle driving license and appropriate certifications for operating construction equipment
