- Prepare and finalize submission and construction drawings, including tender and A&A working drawings.
- Draft ACMV, Electrical, and Fire Protection drawings.
- Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling and V-Ray for rendering.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and arrange PE site visits.
- Track submission approvals and follow up on project reports.
- Manage and lead the design team, developing project design plans and ensuring objectives are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design elements.
- Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct design reviews and prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee design documentation and address design-related challenges.
- Request quotations and submit Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Allocate and review work for designers and assist with tender documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in drafting and design, with strong proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray rendering.
- Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Experience in managing design teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve design-related issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and design documentation standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
