Our client, a leading semiconductor manufacturing firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst - Costing professional to join their existing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive initiatives to improve gross margin performance by setting targets and tracking results in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee inventory and headcount planning while managing key OPEX drivers.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of monthly results, comparing performance against forecasts and providing actionable insights.
- Lead the monthly forecasting process for manufacturing expenses, product costs, COGS, and production inventory.
- Support ad hoc financial projects, including scenario planning, simulations, and complex financial modeling.
- Ensure compliance with finance policies, accounting standards, and internal controls, including SOX regulations.Collaborate closely with regional and global finance teams to align strategies and share best practices across operations.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of relevant costing and accounting experience within the manufacturing industries.
- Possess good analytical and accounting skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to multiple tasks, and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.Possess the capability to work autonomously or collaboratively as a team member and embrace challenging tasks with a high level of complexity.- EA License: 16S8131 _
